Zivplay.org is a small, US-based affiliate site. We built this policy to tell you plainly what happens — and what doesn't happen — when you visit. There's no fine print hiding a tracking network here. If that changes, we'll update this page and say so clearly.

1. Information We Collect

This is a static site. We don't run sign-up forms, accounts, or newsletters that store your details. We don't install analytics tools by default, so we're not logging your browsing behavior on our end. If you simply read a page and leave, we have no record that you were ever here.

2. Cookies

We don't set our own tracking cookies on Zivplay.org. That said, when you click through to a third-party retailer we link to, that retailer's site may set its own cookies to run its store, remember your cart, or measure referrals. Those cookies belong to the retailer, not to us, and are governed by that retailer's own policy.

3. Third-Party Links

A good chunk of this site exists to point you toward products sold by third-party retailers. Once you leave Zivplay.org and land on one of those sites, our policy no longer applies — theirs does. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any retailer before you share payment information, create an account, or complete a purchase there. We don't control what those sites collect or how they use it.

4. Contact Form

We have a contact page for questions or feedback. Messages sent through it are used only to reply to you. We don't store submissions in a database, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone else. If you'd rather not use the form, you're welcome to avoid it entirely — nothing on the rest of the site depends on it.

5. Children's Privacy

Zivplay.org isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone in that age group. Given that we don't collect personal information from visitors in general, this is largely a non-issue in practice — but we state it clearly for the record. If you believe a child has submitted information to us through the contact form, reach out and we'll delete it.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you're a California resident, state law gives you certain rights regarding personal information collected by businesses, including the right to know what's collected and the right to request deletion. As noted above, we don't collect or sell personal information through this site in the ordinary course of operating it. 7. GDPR (European Visitors)

Visitors from the European Union and European Economic Area have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about them. Zivplay.org does not knowingly collect or process personal data from EU visitors beyond what's described in this policy. If you believe we hold data about you and want it addressed, contact us and we'll look into it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new feature to the site or change how the contact form works. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We'd suggest checking back occasionally if you want to stay current, but nothing here is likely to change often given how simple this site is.
